Chad Martin, Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Chad is responsible for setting and carrying out the strategic objectives of the company. His duties include ensuring that the team's objectives conform to the overall vision and core purpose of Eco-Energy. Chad's leadership in strategy, financing, sales, and trading is essential to Eco-Energy's ability to provide effective solutions to its customers.
Gwaine Ton, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer
Gwaine has responsibility over financial strategy, as well as, the finance and accounting operations of Eco-Energy. Gwaine oversees the corporate finance relationships and ensures that the strategic and financial initiatives of the company are implemented and executed. As a CPA, Gwaine brings over 20 years of corporate finance experience with middle-market and Fortune 500 companies in the agriculture, energy and chemical commodity space.
Josh Bailey, Vice President of Marketing and Trading
Josh's responsibilities include executing and managing day-to-day strategic marketing and trading initiatives to accomplish company objectives. In this role, he manages three groups responsible for Eco-Energy's core marketing function: Alliance Relations, Sales, and Marketing Services. Josh's knowledge of commodity trading and market analysis enhances the value added solutions Eco-Energy can provide its customers.
Chad Conn, Vice President of Operations
Chad has overall management responsibilities for the Scheduling, Transportation and Distribution Services departments. In this role, he oversees the transport, storage and transloading of biofuels through the supply chain. Chad is also tasked with expanding our distribution footprint. His experience in logistics and supply chain management enable him to create new markets for our customers and make sure that their product is where it needs to be when it needs to be there.
Mike Ocheltree, Vice President of Risk Management
With the credentials of CPA and CIA, Mike's role ensures that the corporate risk management strategy is executed throughout day-to-day operations. With Mike's experience spanning from internal audit to public accounting and more than a decade of operational management, he brings the background needed to maintain a solid enterprise risk management philosophy. Additionally, Mike leads Eco-Energy's overall systems including IT, ERP and the web-based solutions provided to Eco-Energy's customers.
Paul Melgaard, Vice President of Fuels Supply
Paul is responsible for leading evvo, LLC, the company’s venture designed to integrate the fuel supply chain with Eco’s renewable fuels expertise. The vision of evvo, LLC is to market high quality gasoline blended with renewable fuels and other components throughout the country. His duties require he utilize his 20+ years experience in the refining and retail fuel industries to develop the systems, people and strategies required to create a successful integrated fuels business.
Francisco Vassellucci, Vice President of International Division
Francisco’s responsibilities include leading Eco-Energy’s objective of becoming a key global player in the biofuels market by integrating the strengths of Eco-Energy's team and business structure in the U.S. with the opportunities, challenges and potential of growing biofuels export flows worldwide. Francisco's 22 years experience in corporate management, trading, financing and logistics of agri-commodities and biofuels, as well as identifying and handling key customers, strategic alliances and investments will help Eco-Energy anticipate and mitigate risks involved in international trade and target the right steps to evolve the international business model.
