ECO SIGNS NASHVILLE, TN TERMINAL AGREEMENT

Eco-Energy, Inc. is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with Tri-Star Transport, LLC for the distribution of ethanol out of its facility located in Nashville, TN. As ethanol blending substantially increases over the next several months, the facility location, which is in the gasoline terminal district of Nashville, will provide customers with a logistically advantaged outlet to receive ethanol via rail into the metropolitan area. The terminal is equipped with a railcar manifold system and dual truck loading rack that will allow for the simultaneous offloading of up to 24 railcars per day.

ECO-ENERGY SIGNS NORTH CAROLINA ETHANOL TERMINAL DEAL

Eco-Energy, Inc. is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with J.T. Russell and Sons, Inc. for the distribution of ethanol out of its facility located in Denton, NC. As ethanol blending substantially increases over the next several months, the facility location, just south of Greensboro, NC gasoline terminals, will undoubtedly help alleviate the logistical constraints facing the Piedmont region. The Denton, NC facility will be equipped to bring in railcars via both the CSX and NS railroad for distribution by truck to the local blending markets.

Eco-Energy was proud to present the 2008 Best Cellars Dinner in Nashville on April 8th. This event is a fundraiser for the TJ Martell Foundation. The Nashville T.J. Martell Foundation supports the Frances Williams Preston Laboratories at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center. The Frances Williams Preston Laboratories were established in 1993 in honor of Frances Preston, longtime president and CEO of BMI, president of the T.J.
